Our products are primarily crafted from high-quality, food-grade stainless steel which is durable, non-toxic, and designed to last a lifetime, reducing single-use plastic waste in your home.
Are your lunchboxes and containers dishwasher safe?
Yes, all our stainless steel containers and silicone inserts are dishwasher safe. We recommend placing silicone lids on the top rack to maintain their longevity.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Do PlanetBox products come with a warranty?
We stand by our quality. PlanetBox offers a 5-year warranty on our stainless steel products and a 1-year warranty on carry bags and accessories against manufacturing defects.
Are the lunchbox seals leak-proof?
While our stainless steel boxes are designed to keep foods separate, they are not liquid-tight. For wet foods like yogurt or dips, we recommend using our silicone 'Dippee' containers which fit perfectly inside.
